DOHA, 20 January (WAM) - The UAE national trap shooting team claimed the bronze medal at the Asian Championship, currently under way at the Lusail Shooting Complex in Doha.
The UAE finished third in the team event with a total of 351 targets, one behind hosts Qatar, who took silver with 352, while Kuwait secured gold with 354.
The UAE team comprised Sheikh Mohammed bin Dalmouk Al Maktoum, who hit 115 targets; Waleed Al Aryani with 116; and Yahya Suhail Al Mehairi with 120.
