ABU DHABI, 23rd July, 2025 (WAM) -- The United Arab Emirates expressed its solidarity with the Socialist Republic of Vietnam over the deaths and injuries of dozens of passengers after a boat capsized in Ha Long Bay due to adverse weather conditions.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, and to the government and people of Vietnam, as well as its wishes for a speedy recovery for all the injured.
